The last episode taught us that our "feelings" of happy and sad are neurotransmitters flowing through our brain, nerves, and bodies. This flow creates various states of being that we call happy, sad, love, pumped, bummed, etc. Let me share with you couple easy strategies that will allow you reach, strive, and attack your own happiness.
